Q: How can I secure a property one I have viewed it?

A: You must visit our office and pay a holding fee. Once in receipt of this
of this fee, we will then remove the property from the market and process
your application.
We can hold a property for up to a maximum of 4 weeks.

Q: What references and information is required about me?

A: You will fill in an application form once a holding fee is paid.
We require information on your current employment, current or previous
landlord and a guarantor. A credit check may apply.

Q: What happens on move in day?

A: You will visit our office at the agreed day and time.
You will read and sign your agreement, discuss our procedures with a member
of our staff and pay the remainder of the monies due.

Q: What if I have a fault in the property

A: In the first instance, please contact our office to report your fault.
We will advise how we will proceed with this and when a tradesman will visit
your property.

Q: In an out of hours emergency, what shall I do?

A: When you move into a property, you will be given a telephone number to
call in an emergency.
